Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will communicate any significant delays to you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (if available)
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within United States, and Australia.
If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to that location at this time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
RemleShop is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed during or after shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
RemleShop is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package was damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at support@remleshop.com, and we will help investigate the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
