We never got the package as the delivery service the seller used neglected to use the package delivery box right next to our front door, where they actually set the package on to take a delivery picture and then proceeded to toss it on our doorstep. The person never knocked or rang the doorbell, we were home all day, so we did not know it was delivered and only after getting an email hours later did we check to find it gone. Doorbell video showed the entire thing and while i suppose the seller is ultimately not responsible, their customer service was extremely disrespectful while trying to communicate and negotiate was any options.
